Since 1987 Upgrade Construction has completed projects ranging in size from small repairs and renovations to turn-key single family new construction.

Andrew Helgeson

Andy has been in and around residential construction all his life. From helping his dad as a toddler with building and construction projects to proprietor of a custom new home construction company. He has also been proprietor of a licensed Building Inspection Company since 1989. 

Erik Helgeson

Andy's son Erik has grown up like his dad assimilating the variety of construction projects as he came along on jobs. Erik has completed high-end residential projects with a company providing interior cabinets and trim, provided high quality interiors for Banks, Restaurants, and commercial companies. Erik has also completed projects ranging from closet renovations, new construction garages and additions, to general remodeling.
